It covers approximately 150 square miles, making it an incredible area of historical, ecological and agricultural significance. The New Forest has also been an important source of timber for the Crown. It is an outstanding recreational area for walking and riding and is now designated as a National Park.

One of the things the New Forest is most famous for is the Ponies we have wandering all over, in total around 3,000! As you journey around you will come across them along with pigs, cattle and donkeys, all roaming around grazing on the forest. All of these animals are owned by locals known as ‘commoners’. Most of them are friendly, but we do advise that you don’t try to feed or pet them as they can sometimes be bad tempered and could very easily turn and kick or bite.
We are based in Lymington – Close to the railway station and we offer ample parking for your own vehicle.
The New Forest really is a very special place and we can assure you that you will take home with you very fond memories of your time spent here and will no doubt want to return again and again…….
Enjoy
